How it works
Four steps — lock input, clean safely, unlock when you are done.
Open the menu bar
Click the lock icon in the menu bar.
Start cleaning
Tap Start Cleaning Mode when you are ready to wipe.
Clean safely
Wipe your keyboard, trackpad, and screen without accidental input.
Exit when done
Finish with Touch ID, your shortcut (default ⌃⇧⌘K), or Finish Cleaning on screen.
Requires macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or later. No Accessibility permission needed — input is blocked via a fullscreen overlay. Touch ID is optional for quick exit.
